Job Description :
Position Title : Senior Manager - Business Development
Reports To : Head of Education - (Business Development)
Span of Control : South India
Location : Bangalore/Chennai
Position Purpose :
- Responsible for the development of new and potential accounts within the assigned geographic area.
- Develops and implements short and long range sales strategies. Develops, implements and achieves targeted new sales goals by orchestration of the sales process including prospect identification, prospect qualification, organization survey and execution, proposal development, proposal delivery and contract negotiation.
Key Result Areas :
- Establish new and potential International Private K-12 School, both Residential and Day Schools, and Large Universities with /Private Corporate partnerships and Government within the assigned geographic area.
- Develop and implement short and long range sales strategies.
- Develop, implement and achieve targeted new sales goals by orchestration of the sales process including prospect identification, prospect qualification, organization survey and execution, proposal development, proposal delivery and contract negotiation.
- Create proposals with pricing, timelines, forecasts, resource allocation plans, and financial impact.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Develop prospect lists and identify potential customers using a variety of formal and informal sources.
- Survey prospective client's organization to help develop proposal.
