Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote advanced data-driven media solutions to brands and agency partners.

- Engage in consultative sales with decision-makers and influencers at target companies, offering intelligent, customized solutions based on specific client briefs.

- Continuously seek new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence and influence.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the overall service and solutions offering based on market feedback and emerging trends.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 8 years with at least 5 years in the digital media industry, specifically subject matter expertise in selling branding media solutions to brands and agencies.

- Experience running business development at independent media agencies will be a huge plus.

- Proven ability to develop new business (hunting) and grow existing accounts (farming)

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.

- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering compelling sales pitches.

- Established network within the industry, including relationships with decision-makers at brands and agencies.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high return on investment consistently.

- Notice period of less than 45 days, as immediate joining is preferred.

Evaluation Process:

- Initial presentation (sales pitch) followed by interviews with senior management, including potential rounds with key stakeholders and an advisory board member.
