Hiring for the role of Sr. Business Manager - Sales - General Insurance (EB or NON EB) - Direct Channel - Delhi - Leading General Insurance Broker - Corporate sales
JD:
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products, especially Non-Life /Non-Motor insurance such as Group Health, Property, Marine, etc.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative product development and marketing strategies
- Proactively identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing timely assistance.
- Projecting Monthly numbers and ensuring to take measures to meet margin targets with healthy MoM growth.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Skills and Qualifications:
- Should have 5-15 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Have exposure to the insurance industry or worked in the hospital field.
- Should have strong experience in analytics, comfortable in working with excel and Google sheets, word documents.
- Should have strong interpersonal skills and can build relationships with and influence stakeholders.
- Should be an excellent communicator and creative thinker.
- Should be organized and able to juggle multiple priorities and deliverables
