Senior Manager - Business Development - Construction Industry

B.E./B.Tech Civil.

- Prior experience in construction/contracting companies is a must.

- Knowledge of costing and material required for bidding purposes.

- Business development ability to enhance the market reach and share by early identification of Projects and scope of business pertaining to Construction and Infrastructure segments and converting the same into revenue generation for the company

- Understanding of Development/innovation and addition of new methodologies/technologies to offer benefits to customers and increase market share; knowledge of business environment and deliverables.

- Responsible for developing and executing an annual business plan which includes a strategic plan, financial plan and sales plan aligned to organizational goals.

- Working closely with Management for key bids.

- Bid submission approval at various management stages.

- Develop responses to customer Request for Proposals (RFP)
