One of the leading Celebrity Management and Talent Marketing is looking For Senior Manager- Business Development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Endorsement sales

- Generating revenues

- Actively lead and manage the Operations, Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure that revenue and profit margins are on target, that opportunities are continuously being developed and ensure delivery to forecasts, pipeline and budgets

- Develop and implement robust sales processes, and strategies to achieve revenue and profit margins target.

- Identify, present and implement new revenue initiatives outside existing product suite through strategic partnership or integration

- Continuously monitor, evaluate and report on business development and account management activities/pipeline, and sales performance against budget and forecasts and initiate quick corrective action where necessary.

- Present prospect reports weekly to management actual against budget and forecast

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in any stream and/or PG Marketing

Experience : 4+ years of experience

Key Skills : Ad Sales, Marketing, Media Sales, Advertising, Revenue Generation, Strategic Planning

Essential Attributes :

- Strong Business acumen

- Keen interest in Bollywood Industry

- Should be able to navigate and handle complexity

- Understanding of the niche genres is preferred

- Prior experience of handling a holistic Media marketing portfolio is essential

- Self motivated, team player and an ideas person

- Excellent Communication skills both written & oral
