Senior Business Development Manager- Business Consulting & Advisory - 4+ Years- Mumbai/Gurgaon

An exciting opportunity for a professional having 4 years + experience in sales and business development, Client Engagement with business consulting or strategy consulting domain. Looking for a sales professional with proven track record in B2B sales and consultative sales in a hunting and farming both with research or consulting domain in Indian or domestic market.

Should have understanding of management consulting/business consulting/advisory services.

Location: Mumbai/Gurgaon

- Client Engagement, New Business Development Activity and account development.

- Conducting client focused business development/networking activities in order to achieve individual revenue targets, in addition to all key performance indicators.

- Understanding of potential business needs with proactively forge relationships with potential Client organizations, to gain a deeper.

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in-line with s services & deliverables.

- Utilizing a consultative sales approach, generate new business opportunities from within and beyond the core industry on your assigned territory.

- Building relationship to up-sell and cross-sell.

- Ensuring all existing business accounts are contacted and qualified with the aim of further maximize revenue.

- Proactively build relationships with existing and potential clients to gain a greater understanding of current/future business needs.

- Develop account plans for Key accounts and for specific initiatives of the organization for follow through.

- To generate revenue and consistently achieve assigned targets, by developing/maintaining client relationships and positioning s products and services as deemed fit.


- Graduate with a Post-graduation from Premium Institute in any discipline with a flair for selling and having business acumen skills With Excellent verbal and written communication style business communication.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a selling environment in India from a B2B perspective.

- Previous experience in a hunting and farming role in India along with consistent track record.
