Salary Offered : 9-20 LPA
- Reporting: To report the review of all the activity undertaken by the Sales RM in terms of sales. To report all the activity undertaken by the Sales RM for recruitment of the business associate.
- Recruitment of the Management Trainees: To undertake the activity to ensure that the targeted
Management trainees are recruited.
- Execution: To Foresee the execution of the planned activity
- Achievement of Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of recruitment of business associates, Net Sales, SIP Sales, and any other targets given on time to time basis.
- Supervision: To review all the activities undertaken by Sales RM in accordance with the sales Process.
- To supervise and take action on weak RM on monthly basis on following parameters of recruitment/Net Sales/SIP Sales/ Client Acquisition/ etc.
- To ensure service standards are maintained
- To give business opportunity presentation
- To give presentation to Business Associates
- To ensure the compliance standards are adhered by his team of RMs and give feedback to the RM on any non-adherence of the same.
- Identifying the Weak area of RM and see that they undergo the requisite training.
