KRA provides for centralization of the KYC records in the securities market. The client who is desirous of opening an account/trade/deal with the SEBI registered Intermediary shall submit the KYC details through the KYC Registration form and supporting documents.

The Intermediary shall perform the initial KYC and upload the details on the system of the KYC Registration Agency (KRA). This KYC information can be accessed by all the SEBI Registered Intermediaries while dealing with the same client. As a result, once the client has done KYC with a SEBI registered intermediary, he need not undergo the same process again with another intermediary.

Purpose


- To increase market share in KRA Business & promote the KRA platform to SEBI registered intermediaries - Depository participants, Stock Brokers, Mutual funds, New-age stock brokers

Role Requirements - BSE, CDSL, NSDL, CAMS & K-fintech background

Key Responsibilities

- Support Business & facilitate the sales plan to develop the business growth

- Using market intelligence identify unique selling propositions & differentiators to competition product offering in KRA

- Identify opportunities for additional services & meetings which will lead to increase in membership & registration with KRA

- Conduct product demo while meeting the key decision makers in Depository participants, Stock Brokers, Mutual funds, New-age stock brokers

- To ensure day to day follow-ups with prospects for closure

- To promote, partner & arrange vendor tie ups for our product & coordinate, conduct, seminars, presentations

- Continuously drive the sales agenda & the marketing plan for the KRA

- Innovative mindset and problem-solving skills would be an added advantage which will help to deal with SEBI registered intermediaries by adopting a solution-based approach

- Ability to deliver under pressure and meet steep deadlines

Note: Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending onorganisational requirements.
