Senior Manager - Business Development - BFS

We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of Business Development Manager role.

Job description :

- The incumbent would be responsible for acquisition of new Relationships/clients through external individual efforts and existing customer references. Also handle resp. clients trading platform (we are having offline and online platform for executing the trades .even client can execute their trade by using online platform )

- Excellent networking and acquisition skills

- Sales Profiles.

- To source customers for all financial products - Equity, Commodity, Insurance, Structured Products (7 Picks Investment Plan)

- Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process

- Responsible for collating Margins on account & Selling products to customers.

- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

- All given targets in the month for account opening and funding on the same.

- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction

- To ensure quality parameters are met and TAT to respond to the customer is maintained.

- To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, quality parameters are met consistently.

- Cross Selling.

Preferred Qualification :

- Post-graduate/graduate with appropriate experience

Required Skills :

- Have good awareness of broking industry. Knowledge of Stock Market and Health Insurance is a must.

- Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities

- Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation
