Purpose of the role:
To oversee the business development function formulate strategies to acquire volumes, win new clients for the Equity, Currency, Commodity, Education & SME and provide support towards meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibility - Descriptive Parameters
1. Business Development
- Meet the business targets provided and keep a track of the revenue in actuals v/s projections.
- Maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and be a single point of contact for all their Exchange related needs.
- Identify potential and prospective clients, discuss and present NSE offerings to them
- Market intelligence in terms of competition offerings / market insights.
- Process documentation on member / client conversion; provide coordination with relevant department if required.
2. Client Servicing
- Provide information packets to clients to help them understand NSE offerings / products better.
- Assist in resolving client queries by coordinating with other relevant internal departments.
- Understand client needs and offer solutions and build a long term relationship with clients / members.
3. Database Management
- Record all client interaction/visits in exchange database for internal use.
- Maintain and update database by coordinating with relevant client interfacing department.
4. Seminars and presentation
- Coordinate and support the Marketing team in conducting road shows, presentations and seminars
- Garner market understanding through seminars and interaction with industry experts
