Senior Manager Business Development(Affinity partnership)-HealthTech
Job Profile:
- Business Development- tying up with new Affinity partnerships as one of the main fundamental components- KRA.
- Own sales target of each partnership
- Regularly engage with key SPOC's across partnerships to create visibility, top of mind recall & explore new opportunities
- Act as a critical point contact for various stakeholders.
- Manage and build relationships with SPOCs across channels of key partnerships.
- Manage day to day transactions.
- Keep track of key initiatives and ensure timely execution by effectively coordinating with partners key SPOC's & NKAM's.
- Ensure timely launch of new channel / new product to meet business plans.
- Feed NKAM's and Business Head with various portfolio / partnership analysis to take critical decision in growing profitable business.
- Drive customer engagement programs to drive utilization and healthy persistency levels.
- Share monthly partnership updates like utilization report, performance update etc. with key stakeholders.
- Working with NKAM on new business development pipeline/on-boarding new Affinity partnerships.
