Senior Manager - Business Consulting - Hospitality & Travel Industry

- Strong techno functional knowledge with Travel and Hospitality Industry - both from a guest facing and back-end perspective

- More than 12 years of work e experience in Hospitality consulting

- Strong experience in leading consulting engagements globally, Business development support (RFI, RFP, leading large proposal responses), solution envisioning and thought leadership

- Strong experience in Digital transformation in the context of Hospitality Industry

- Experience in channel management (esp digital Omni channel management incl. mobile channels)

- Successfully managed and delivered a variety of projects involving Requirements gathering, Analyzing User requirements, system and functional requirements,JRP sessions, Preparation of BRD and FSD, Functional QA,business analysis, Data analysis, Business-IT alignment, Gap analysis, UAT, Test case creation and reviews, process consulting and Domain consulting.

- Hands-on experience in critical systems like Central reservation system (both legacy and modern), PMS (Micros Opera, Fidelio), Availability engine, booking engine, revenue management system, call center application, Group reservations, Meetings applications for guests and event planners.

- Strong knowledge on Availability logic (rate calculations, business rules, Floating Rates, Daily rates, etc)

- Strong knowledge on revenue Knowledge on rates, inventory, restrictions and permissibility's from PMS to corporate systems

- Knowledge on sales channel integration (Tested back end channel integration with CRS utilizing SOAP messages.

- Functional knowledge of GDS, IDS, web channel and their backward integration with Hotel systems.

- Sound educational background backed by relevant work experience.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze, document and track issues and recommend solutions based on business needs
