Overview: The Business Analyst and strategy role is a vital position within the organization, responsible for analyzing complex business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategic recommendations to drive growth, efficiency, and competitiveness. This role bridges the gap between data analysis and strategic decision making, requiring a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management.

Key Responsibility :

1. Business Analysis

- Collaborate with various departments to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Evaluate current processes, systems, and operations to identify areas of inefficiency or opportunities for optimization.

- Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to extract valuable insights.

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support analysis efforts.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor them regularly

2. Strategic Planning.

- Assist in the development of the organization's strategic plan by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

- Work with senior management to define strategic goals, objectives, and key initiatives.

- Create and maintain a strategic roadmap to guide decision-making and resource allocation.

3. Financial Analysis

- Prepare financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.

- Analyze budget variances and provide insights into financial performance.

- Assist in cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects and investments.

4. Reporting and Presentation.

- Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Present analysis results to senior management and other relevant teams.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.

5. Process Improvement

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes.

- Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.

6. Stakeholder Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and collaboration
