We are looking to appoint a Senior Manager - Business Analyst - Specialty Chemicals

Job Objective:

To Manage Creation & Management of Business Data for Organization which should result in Effective Business Decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

Chemical engineer/ M.Sc. (Chemistry) with MBA with 5-10 years of experience with good understanding of Specialty Chemicals/Pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting to Vice-President Business Development, will be responsible for creation and management of Business Data in the organization which will aid the company in taking informed business decisions.

- Research, analyse and identify new strategic initiative projects in line with company goal

- Explore new opportunities and spot New Business Trends to accelerate growth and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the target is achieved

- Responsible for implementing tools/techniques to capture, manage and analyse data across all functions.

- Analysis of relevant data across all business domains and generating meaningful and actionable insights

- Analyze and drive cost optimization, productivity improvement, pricing management, business profitability projects.

- Responsible for reporting all key business metrics to stakeholders and ensuring adherence to business plans.

- Reporting to: Vice-President - Business Development

- Reportees: To start with, individual contributor role
