- Working in the Chairman's Circle, responsible for business enhancement and product quality improvement through process implementation and data analytics
- Ensuring prompt decision making by Leadership Team ( MD) by preparing teams for pre-discussions in terms of data gathering, collation, analysis and presentation leading to a logical conclusion.
- Special projects on behalf of Board such as cost optimization projects, IT implementation projects, pricing improvement projects, customer satisfaction, Sales etc
- Headed S&OP meetings to plug the gaps in planning and execution of production, supply chain & sales divisions.
- Support the CEO in creating the 5 year strategy outlook for the key business division
- Preparing the monthly and quarterly review documents for presenting them to the Board
- Providing inputs for strategic planning and strategy formulation
- Assisting the Leaders in identifying business process improvement opportunities and preparation of action plan
