Senior Manager - Business Analysis Group - Metal & Mining Business

We have been mandated by a large Global conglomerate into Metal and Mining business for the position of Sr. Manager- Business Analysis Group.

Location: Kolkata

Division : Procurement

Reports to : Chief Procurement Officer (for all work) and Chief Business Analysis (for admin purpose).

Qualification : CA or Engineer or MBA

Experience : 5-10 years

Job Responsibility :

1. The person in this position has to support the Chief Procurement Officer in both the day to day operations as well as help chalk out the details of long term plan, strategy etc. for procurement in line with overall business strategy.

2. The person should have good knowledge of MS excel, power point, other tools used in analytics space.

3. On day to day basis, the key responsibilities will include critically analysing the various sanction requests coming for approvals, analytics work around working capital management, key improvement initiatives; help work out the long term plan and strategy for procurement; analysis of larger set of data for taking procurement related decisions; cost-variance analysis etc.

4. The person should have good analytical capacity, ability to work with a multitude of people with different backgrounds; keen sense to understand the dynamics of overall business.
