Senior Manager - Business Alliances - BFSI

Position: Sr. Manager - Business Alliances

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: MBA preferred, not mandatory

Experience: 6 - 11 years.

Salary: INR 14 - 20 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sr. Manager - Business Alliances is required to explore new business alliance opportunities and facilitate existing alliances to increase the business of the company and expand the visibility. Business development and Digital marketing knowledge and skills are the key attributes for this position.

Key Result Areas:

1. Generate Incremental business through Alliance and Strategic Partners.

a. Ideate new strategies to get incremental business from partners and affiliates.

b. Get new business and incremental growth.

c. Recruit new Powerful Business Alliances & strategic partners to promote business.

d. Generate Net Realized Revenue for the organization through alliances and meet targets.

2. Alliances Relationship Building

a. Builds relationships with partners for more business, better placements & visibility.

b. Proactively respond to & resolves inquiries & concerns.

c. Distributing marketing tools (campaigns, offer promotions, creatives etc).

3. To manage relationships across Alliance partners, build portfolio, and manage process as part of new partner on boarding.

4. Understand the business processes and products so new partners/aggregators for sourcing the customer can be onboarded.

5. Identifying the right audience, SPOC at each organization and connect with CXO level people.

6. Interfaces between client and internal stake holders (Delivery/Tech team) so the committed deliverables/Go-live on time.

Skills:

- Ability to develop & nurture business tie-ups & partnerships.

- Good Command of written and Spoken English

- Strong Analytical Skills. Ability to compile & analyse performance data & metrics.

- Monitor & evaluate industry trends.
