Senior Manager - Budget Control

Control/ Manage all projects payments

- Liaise with inter-department for budget controls

- Approve of All project POs in ERP's

- Cash management of the project, and accurate cash flow forecasting with the help of project team.

- Prepare cash flow reports in coordination with inter departments for preparing updated forecasts.

- Reconcile the records with vendors for projects payments and retention amount on a timely basis

- Control of Inter- Company billing and margin under EPC contract

- Coordinate with the project finance team banks for drawdown of loans as per cash flow requirement and reporting on covenants of Financing & TRA agreement.

- Liaise with both internal auditors for budget control or procurement related audit.

- Prepare miscellaneous reports as requested by management from prospective of budget or cost control.

- Support month-end and year-end close process

- Project Inventory accounting and control

Preference/Skills:

- Understanding of EPC Business Structure-Preferably from Renewable sector

- Should have managed multiple EPC project simultaneously

- Managed team of at least 3-4 people

- Limited knowledge of direct & Indirect taxes

- Working experience of ERP Environment.

- Basic knowledge of financial statement as per IND AS.

- Proficiency in using Excel, preparing spreadsheet reports, PPT
