Sr. Manager- Brand Strategy ( Mumbai and Delhi)

We are hiring Sr. Manager - Brand Strategy for a leading Digital Media hiring company based at Mumbai and Delhi.

Job Profile :

- Lead the Brand Team within the Agency. Be the Brand custodian. Responsible for Annual Brand Strategy, Concepts, Annual Communication Calendar

- Pitching and closing the above with the client

- Implementation and Timely execution of the annual calendar as well as campaigns

- Internal and External coordination

- Responsible for complete digital marketing end to end execution for Brand campaigns

- Interact with clients to understand the brief, discuss solutions and to regularly update them on the progress of various activities

- Conducting adequate research & gathering relevant material for interactive content development

- Strong focus on coming up with Innovative & Interactive Digital Media Campaigns & Ideas for the client

- Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the industry to inform through the Internal Communications Team

- Briefing and managing social media and development team

- Creating a buzz around the brand, product promotions, product launches and client-sponsored event - Attend and cover live events on social media as and when applicable for the Brand

- Liaise with clients and keeps them updated with progress reports

- Regular monitoring of ongoing campaigns and taking corrective measures as and when required in real time

- Proactive suggestions on the Brand

- Responsible for Campaign Post Evaluations, Learnings and Analysis

- Media monitoring and execution of fb ads

- Execution of regular work in case of absenteeism within team

- Regular payment follow-ups to ensure that payments are being released on time by the client

- Take regular feedback from the client regarding the quality of work and areas of improvement

Team Management

- Assisting in planning and focus on execution of Account Strategy, Positioning, Content and Tone on various digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linkedin, Slideshare, etc), based on client brief and brand

- Creative Direction and Ideation of Content. Helping to drive innovation and creativity within the team

- Day to day leadership of the account team and client, and ensuring best in class work is delivered consistently. Planning and prioritising the team's work

- Project Manage online and offline campaigns and activities that might be required as per the Account Strategy

- Strong Inter department coordination to avoid any confusion

Skills:

- Excellent written & Verbal communications skills

- A comprehensive grasp of social media communication and marketing strategy Effective PowerPoint presentation making skills for strategy and concept selling A strong grasp of strategic thinking for Brands

- Independent, A good Team leader, Self-motivated, strategic thinker with determination to succeed Years: 3 years in digital media Qualification: B.M.M. /B.A. & Advertising & Marketing

- Preferred. Any Graduate
