- Lead the overall management of brand budget (ATL/HASP) &amp; the flex to deliver incremental CAAP by delivering better ROI - Lead the execution of the 6 month activity calendar - Lead the media planning process and execution in partnership with the media team - Create simplified tools &amp; templates to manage performance conversations with support from Analytics &amp; Finance teams - Identify and fill all SKU/pricing opportunities - Lead all brand performance reviews with he portfolio head &amp; CMO - Ensure timely availability of all brand/ROI analytics and drive agility in the performance decision making by working closely with planning/analytics, finance, HO &amp; RPC cluster heads, customer marketing &amp; commercial teams - Support the marketing manager on brand performance management through S&amp;OP process by providing M&amp;E and predictive analytics that shapes and influences the plan - Drive incremental gross profit &amp; gross margin for the respective brands by supporting the marketing manager on GM enhancement and Brand value engineering opportunities
