Sr. Manager - Brand Marketing & Social Media

One of our prestigious clients is looking for Sr. Manager - Brand Marketing & Social Media who will build a robust Brand, which is loved by consumers and a default go-to brand wherever one thinks of Travel! The incumbent would be responsible for Brand Architecture and Brand Campaigns on traditional & digital media.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- To develop & execute the Marketing Plans for the Business with Guidance from Head - Brand & offline marketing.

- To manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising brand management and promotional activities for the brand

- To manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget

- To monitor, review and report on all marketing activities and drive results

- Responsible for social outreach program and driving consumer engagement leveraging Digital Channels

- To Work with and Manage the Advertising and Media Agency to deliver the appropriate Marketing Communication

- To participate in research to define brand action plans, define plans (promotions, New Product Introductions) in line with the brand seed and coordinate execution in line with the corporate strategy to enhance brand preference and profitability.

- Develop effective product positioning in the market

- Develop architecture for the brand and maintain brand integrity and compliance across product lines, marketing materials and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to our brands

- Manage Sponsorships, Branded Partnership Opportunities.

- Responsible & monitor Business Health, Brand Health & Business Indicators measured through Direct Traffic

- Deliver Business Indicators of Brand Engagement & Brand Visibility on Social Media

- Deliver Brand Led Marketing Campaigns to consistently drive Salience & Consideration for the brand

- Successful execution of Marketing strategies while working in cross functional teams

- Innovative marketing programs to establish Brand salience and strengthen brand equity.

- Driving brand equity index and develop desired positioning.

- Ensuring resource optimization and marketing cost efficiencies through new ideas/ promotions/ marketing channels.

- High on customer satisfaction

What you should have:

- 6-10 year's experience in brand marketing

- Past experience in Independently developing and maintaining marketing strategies for a Business

- Should have worked extensively in B2C categories & should have good exposure to Branding and Marketing Programs Development and Execution.
