Senior Manager - Brand Marketing - Retail/FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
The individual will be part of the Revenue & Marketing Team and will play a critical role in devising creative and communication strategy for driving new user acquisitions.
- The individual will be responsible for undertaking independent qualitative & quantitative research projects for building consumer insights.
- The individual will be devising communication strategy appropriate for different business goals.
- The individual will work closely with the creative and media buying agencies to plan, brief the agencies and execute different marketing campaigns.
- The individual will work closely with the digital marketing team and will be responsible for overseeing the creative production and digital campaign performance.
- The individual will work closely with PR and Social media teams to improve online brand presence.
- The individual will need to work closely with product team to give creative inputs for improving funnel journey.
- The individual will need to identify growth potentials for the brand and source strategic and tactical sources for the same.
- The individual will be responsible for establishing strategic relationships with media partners for sticking meaningful business alliances.
