Key Responsibilities :

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive long-term brand strategies that align with the company's vision and business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Brand communication: Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful communication that resonates with target audiences. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize brand campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, design, and communications, to ensure cohesive brand representation. Establish strong relationships with external partners and agencies.

Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.

Culture: Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team.

The successful applicant :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven brand marketing experience of 6 to 8 years in the B2C domain.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
