Senior Manager - Brand Marketing - Fashion eCommerce Startup

Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for its key business offers targeting consumers but also potential partners and merchants

Responsibilities :

- Drive comprehensive brand & marketing strategies.

- Define the branding around those key business offers - from audience definition, development of core value proposition, positioning and messaging

- Develop go-to-market plans for consumers or potential partners and merchants tailored to each business offer - from driving awareness and engagement to building the brand and increasing trust or conversion to sales

- Create cohesive media strategies utilizing owned (e.g. email, in-app banners, push notifications, social media) as well as paid channels

- Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy and measuring focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing or relevant field.

- A minimum of 8+ years experience in a Brand Marketing position.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
