Manager Finance - :Logistics / Supply Chain

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

- 10 years of experience in freight billing / logistics / AR domain

Competencies:

- Understand the business with context to associated Account Receivable, Billing and Settlements, Operations processes, Operational execution, key drivers.

- Verify freight pay policies, procedures, practices, and record retention is consistent with RXO standards and all applicable rules and regulations, and financial reporting.

- Analyse carrier contracts to ensure business requirements are satisfied.

- Knowledge on OTM, Oracle and other TMS's used by transportation or logistics

- Domain knowledge of FBAP and MT Account Specific deliverables and processes.

- Manage employees using performance management and development process

- Direct leads and employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.

- Oversee support functions in the Billing & Settlements, a production environment with an emphasis on continuous process improvement of systems, procedures, and resources to meet business objectives and initiatives.

- Verify freight pay policies, procedures, practices, and record retention is consistent with RXO standards and all applicable rules and regulations, and financial reporting.

- Ensure efficient, timely, thorough, and accurate invoice auditing, invoice processing, exception invoice resolution and processing of overcharge/undercharge claims to meet customer service and business requirements

- SWI's, Ops Manual Preparation and Maintenance.

- Should have managed large teams and organizational wide process

- Open to all shifts and working on holidays or weekends as required Good to have:

- Professional qualification (MBA)

- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts and/or certifications
