Senior Manager - Banking & Customs Lead

Key Deliverables

Banking Operations:

- Candidate should have experience in Banking Operations & compliances related to Bank requirement

- Effective Relationships with Bank's operating team and Relationship Managers

- Maintain at all times an excellent knowledge of the Banks- Domestic and International Compliance Policies & Procedures and Regulations related to Trade Finance Business and Record, Monitor and Report Compliance related Issues

- Providing Seamless Transaction Processing (Import remittance, Export realization, Bank Guarantees, Export & Import Document Checking, LC & Collection Payments, Closure of outstanding bills in the banking system)

- Should effectively handle inward & outward remittances, Issuance/amendment of LCs

- Coordinate with Banks for e-FIRC, e-BRC, NOC, Bank Guarantee etc.

- Ensuring Compliance with Bank's Policies & Procedures on KYC & AML, OFAC/UN Sanctions

- Analyzing & Improvising various banking transactional costs

- Ensuring proper Insurance cover for Assets of the company mortgaged or hypothecated with banks

- To ensure that the credit-rating is renewed on year-on-year basis

Export & Import Operations

- Candidate should have experience in Custom operations

- Proactive in implementation of changes in rules and regulations of customs

- Coordinating and negotiating with clearing & forwarding / CHA agents

- Representing and resolving queries of customs

- Ensure that the custom procedure in relation to Export and Import is followed

- Co-ordinate with Sales Desk, Customs and CHA for various Export /Import matters
