VENDOR MANAGEMENT
- Build and maintain good relationships with external parties - banks, service providers and other external parties required to deliver services to support the business
- Validate and reconcile invoices for vendor services and constantly strive to get best value for lowest possible price
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Actively manage staff performance by setting clear objectives and monitoring, coaching and managing against these.
- Define KPI, continuously assess performance, and provide timely relevant feedback and necessary support to subordinates to achieve3. - Motivate team to perform and excel
- Coach and share experience with subordinates, identify talent and provide inputs for their training and development programs
- Act as a role model for staff by consistently demonstrating core values and behaviors.
Desired Profile:
- Must be a graduate/post graduate
- Handled the same profile of a BFSI in Operations department
- Relevant experience of the Industry.
- Fluent English both spoken and written
- Operational management with 9-10 years of relevant work experience with multiple direct reports.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good Analytics skills
- Good in power point presentation
- Excellent knowledge of building and improvements of Operations processes
- English communication (Fluent)
