Candidate must have experience in B2B Sales (Corporate, Real Estate, HNI, Interior Designers, Architecture etc)
Candidate must have worked with reputed Luxury Brands.
Key Requirements :
- Strong record of having acquired new business
- Successfully won large projects
- Good working relationship with Interior Designers, Architects, HNIs, Corporate, Hospitality and Government Institutions
- Good knowledge about various kinds of Furniture including different Designs and Finishes
- Working knowledge on CRM software's like Salesforce.com etc.
- Confident in interacting with CEO's and other Senior Management in large organizations.
- Consultative selling skills including experience in successfully closing large business deals
- Excellent Oral, Written and Presentation skills
- Excellent working knowledge of pricing strategies.
Key Deliverables :
- Target B2B segment for new business with special focus on Interior Designers, Architects, HNIs, Corporate, Hospitality and Government Institutions
- Develop Sales Plan including building a robust Sales Pipeline to ensure maximum conversions
- Lead generation using various communication channels like Social Media, Mailers, Exhibitions, Seminars etc.
- Innovative thinking to increase sales
- Prepare weekly and monthly Sales Reports.
- Provide detailed and accurate Sales Forecasting for every month
- Provide client feedback to the Designing and Production Teams to ensure that existing products can be improved and new products can be introduced
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure that invoicing is done on time
- Follow-up with clients for outstanding payments (if any)
- Drive marketing initiatives to increase awareness about the company's products in the market
- Remain updated on competitors, competitors- market activities, as well as latest market trends
- Attend Trade Shows to promote the company as well as target prospective clients
