Urgently hiring for Senior Manager, AVP and VP role into Regulatory reporting.

Location: Gurgaon

Purpose of the role :

The purpose of the role is to produce high quality statistical reporting outputs for the Central Banks. This role sits within the First Line of the Group's Three Lines of Defence framework with specific responsibilities as follows :

- Complies with relevant Group Policies, considers and escalates the adequacy and effectiveness of their controls on a regular basis.

- Follows and/or maintains / establishes and documents [as appropriate] operating procedures which include relevant controls to meet Group and local policy requirements.

Scope of the role :

Reporting to Manager, Central Bank Reporting, the role holder will:

- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual Statistical returns for the Bank of England, Central Bank of Ireland and the British Bankers Association.

- Interrogate incoming data feeds using Excel, Oracle, R-Cube (Regulatory Reporting system) and FRS (Central Bank Reporting System).

- Deliver to the Manager high quality review packs for all reporting; including insightful variance analysis, data controls and reconciliations.

- Ensure robustness of data received from key suppliers to enable accurate reporting to the Central Banks.

- Ensure that operational controls are maintained during completion of all returns.

- Preparation of other ad hoc Financial reports as requested by the Regulator.

- Take a proactive approach to implementing improvements to the reporting process, ensuring that the processes are as efficient as possible, and that submissions are robust and meet the delivery and quality requirements of stakeholders.

- Build relationships with data suppliers to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.

- Support the manager in resolving and mitigating any risks and issues raised in the CBR Risk Log

- Improve the efficiency and effective of our processes by actively embedding LEAN principles into the way we work

- Contribute to any projects as required

- Undertake other duties as required, and work as part of the wider team to ensure all deliverables are met

Deliverables :

- Delivery of returns in line with external reporting timetable

- Supporting the Delivery Manager in assessing the impact of any regulatory changes and ensuring that all regulatory outputs are fully compliant with these changes

Experience :

- Ability to meet tight deadlines with high quality output

- Ability to interpret and challenge data received for statistical reports and returns

- Good relationship management skills
