Role Expectations :
- Onboard new clients for e-commerce services in the US. This role is focused on hunting rather than farming.
- Focus on opportunities that can grow into USD 1 Mn + accounts within a 12-month period.
- Identify prospects, run sales campaigns (with / without the assistance of inside sales), initiate conversations and develop relationships.
- Understand our existing service portfolio for e-commerce services and be a part of defining new solutions to take to market.
- Work closely with the operations teams on executing pilots with the end goal of client delight and client acquisition.
- Leverage existing networks and existing knowledge of the US online retail space to bring in new relationships.
Requirements :
- Relevant experience in selling services to marketplaces and online retailers in the US.
- Demonstrated track record of closing large long-term deals, and of building relationships.
- Ability to work with offshore teams in India.
- Existing relationships with marketplaces and online retailers, that can be leveraged.
