Senior Manager/AVP - Valuation - Big4

Job Description :

- Complete understanding of Financial & Valuations methodologies

- Complete understanding of KPMG report and templates

- Building a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in the specific valuation areas

- Business Modeling and Plan Development and an ability to analyse and envisage new / key industry trends

- Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational aspects to valuationsThorough understanding of valuation methods and valuation products (Business, Intangibles, ESOP, Option valuation) and Valuation situations

- Continuously develop technical expertise and industry/business/sector knowledge

- Participating in industry and M&A conferences

- Contribution to knowledge management

- Maintain database of industry information, deals for ready reference and actively generate leads and buuild network

- Proactively develop and maintain relationships at management level

- Take responsibility for managing and driving a valuation engagement

- Ability to identify and assist on generating new business

- CA (ideally 1st attempt)/ MBA from TIER 1 college.

- Min 5 years of post-qualification experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Valuations or in a similar environment
