- From Corporate (infrstructure, conglomerate also ok) - Someone with 15k - 20k crore borrowing experience

- Does execution of transactions

- Borrowing exposure

- Experience- 3-6 years

Key Responsibility:

- Independently handle borrowing and documentation for Loans and NCDs - most critical requirement

- Interaction with Trustees, Legal Counsel etc

- Understanding of regulations/RBI policies/SEBI regulations etc and updation on the same.

- Documentation of treasury transactions
