Senior Manager/AVP - Treasury - NBFC

Job Title: Senior Manager/AVP Treasury

Location Mumbai : Worli

Reporting to Head : Treasury

Responsibilities

1. Fund raising :

- Executing funding strategies to meet the company's growth plan. Work with management in formulate funding strategies.

- Managing lender and other stake holder relationships

- Negotiation with lenders on bilateral loan facilities;

. End to end execution of deal including post disbursement covenant monitoring

- Sound understanding of sources of funding - like TLs, NCDs/ECBs, , Workingcapital facilities and commercial papers as well as securitization and co-lending

- Exploring other potential funding sources

2. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners to negotiate terms, manage banking services, and secure favorable terms for the company

3. Interaction with investors - preparation of investors presentations, structuring of the transaction, negotiation of credit terms, query resolutions, loan documentation negotiation

4. Treasury related reportings - prepare reports for the Treasury, management, stakeholders / assist in regulatory reporting. To ensure accurate and timely reporting

5.Credit Rating - Interacting with rating agencies for periodical review of credit rating

Qualification - CA/MBA (Finance)

Experience - 6-8 yrs in similar role in mid-to-large size NBFC
