Senior Manager/AVP - Taxation/Audit - Bank

Looking for Sr.Manager / AVP Audit, MNC Bank, Mumbai

Handle all matters relating to taxation together with compliance in respect of all tax obligations (Direct & Indirect), assess tax risk & assume controlling functions

- Ensure compliance with RBI norms for remittances inward and outword processsed.

- Service tax - ensuring on-going compliance with service tax requirement on both input & output services.

- Transfer Pricing

- Fringe Benefit Tax

- Tax impact analysis and clearance for all products / services

- Tax Accounting

- Tax Planning - where possible, advise management on tax planning opportunities

At least have 5-8 years of experience post qualification experience in handling direct & indirect taxation.

Experience in dealing with Tax Authorities is a must.
