We are hiring for a senior Manager/ AVP role into strategic sourcing and Talent acquisition role for one of the top most consulting firms in Bangalore.
The responsibilities will include :
- Drive direct sourcing by creating appropriate visibility on various job portals and professional networking sites. Build a strong tracking mechanism to see progress on ROI.
- Build seamless referral channel by devising initiatives and schemes to create awareness of channel. Ensure that there is smooth process to invite and address candidatures.
- Head the campus channel and engagement programs across India.
- Ensure that a positive candidate experience is managed by leading a high quality, feedback and communication process
- Coach the team to deliver a consistent, compelling & motivating message to prospective candidates
Competencies required for the role :
- Experience in leading and developing sourcing activities / function in global environment both on conceptual and practical level
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and operations in global environment
- Strong networking capability with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Excellent communication & articulation skills
Job requirements :
To qualify, candidates must have :
- A post graduate degree in human resource from a premier institute with 12 + years of relevant experience
- Must have led a team for 3-5 years
- Preferred work experience in a BIG 4 / Mgmt consulting firms / large ITes firms
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems ( Taleo, I grasp etc ) will be an added advantage
