Main focus on Leadership and Critical hiring in the Corporate office.   - Manpower Planning for all the Business Units.  - Work closely with the business heads for workforce planning, restructuring and succession planning.   - Drive and coordinate for completion of talent and potential reviews.  - Market, Industry research & analysis, competitor intelligence to advice management on feasibility of talent availability and movement of new business verticals.  - Focus on high quality parameters deliverable to reduce involuntary attrition.  - Drive and manage Employer Branding initiative.  Desired Candidate Profile  - 8 -12 years of total exp out of which at least 4 yrs into Talent Acquisition with good experience in Leadership Hiring.   CTC Range - 18 to 23 lakhs
