A large Private Bank is looking for SR Manager/AVP Talent Acquisition
- Ensure manpower staffing as per budget and business requirements Focus. Partner with business to identify and fulfill manpower requirements to support the business strategy.
- Adherence to HC budget for respective units at all times with focus on position wise On Boarding.
- Focus on quality hiring to improve productivity and reduce performance linked attrition.
- Partner with BUHs and Compensation team to support and retain talent and rationalize hiring costs across levels to manage manpower costs.
- Minimizing recruitment cost by adhering to the defined grids and rationalizing sourcing costs
- Ensuring HCM Operational parameters are delivered as per defined framework such as First Time Payroll Inclusion, Joining Kit completion, Resignation Approvals, etc
- Driving Rewards & Recognition and ensuring budget utilization.
- Drive BU/ Location specific engagement programs to ensure highly engaged and productive workforce.
- Driving awareness about relevant regulatory guidelines, information security policies and guidelines.
- Attract, mentor, groom and retain talent.
- Identify & mediate various training intervention along with Learning & Development team for mapped employees.
- Tracking Attrition trend for the region/ zone, taking measures to retain employees, control attrition % and conducting exit interviews of key talent.
- Ensuring adherence to various statutory requirements like Mandatory Compliance Leave, Mandatory staff Rotation policies.
