Financial and functional
- Own the Revenue target for each of the key events and properties
- Develop a revenue plan for each of the event
- Identify & create new monetization assets in the event
- Create brand solutions for the key sales pitches
- Drive the sales pipeline by event
- Co-own sales pitches to key clients along with sales
- Continuous analysis of product deliveries - media / social platforms & sharing with sales.
- Impart event knowledge with periodic updates for the sales teams.
Sales Processes :
- Develop deal sheets for the clients as per the approved product packages
- Drive adherence to the approved product packages for each client with the sales teams as per the revenue plan
Customer (Internal & External) :
- Liaison with content teams for identification of monetization opportunities & delivery as per deal entitlements
- Coordinate with the Marketing teams to ensure appropriate Marketing deliveries as per key revenue markets
- Drive implementation of sales deals entitlements - on ground / on air by ensuring training & monitoring of sponsorship / TX teams
- Liaison with the customer marketing teams to co-own the customer marketing initiatives to drive the event objectives
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Provide quantifiable inputs which influence favorable decision making by clients and shapes direction of business strategy
