Senior Manager/AVP - Strategy/Business Intelligence - Retail Broking

Designation - Sr. Manager/AVP Strategy - Business Intelligence

Location - Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Strategy head towards building the overall business strategy for the retail broking business including components such as overall business P&L management, products innovations, efficiency building across team through effective use of data,

- Competition study across domestic and international markets and thoughts around organizations positioning versus competition, identify new business opportunities across products, initiatives, new business lines etc which are well support with data.

- Study the external competitive environment in-depth and in a routine manner with actionable insights on things happening domestically and in international financial markets providing learning and ideas for the organization to implement.

- Analysing and providing valuable benchmarking for business heads & management as well as timely insights to various departments. Analysing long-term market trends for the purpose of providing recommendations to leadership and management across the business regarding business development opportunities

- Work towards the development of the business's KPI along with meaningful insights to facilitate analysis and reporting of performance against plans and budgets as well as strategic objectives across routine business activities, product performances etc.

- Develop and manage daily/weekly/quarterly/annual performance reports for the business's leaders as well as facilitating cross-functional performance reviews for this leadership.

- Manage the development of corporate plans and budgets by playing a lead role in all the planning and budgeting activities performed by the business.

- Review key strategic priorities and translates them into actionable and quantitative plans along with the Strategy head.

- Identify critical requirements & potential gaps by understanding complex and interdependent processes and suggest/implement solutions.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream with above required skills.

Work Experience:

- Should have at least 7 years of work experience into Broking.

- Should be well versed with the market research of the competitors and accordingly devise a strategy to drive the business growth.

Preferred Skills:

- Strategic Perspective, Result Orientation, Leadership, Project Management, Analytical skills

- Excel/PowerPoint/Word & SQL/Power Query/Tableau/PowerBI will be added advantage.
