Senior Manager/AVP - Strategic Government Advisory

- In depth knowledge of advisory business in sectors like Industries or Industrial Development (including MSMEs)

- Strong knowledge and 5-8 years experience in handling government advisory related mandates in one or multiple sectors mentioned above especially in business plans, feasibility analysis, advising on PPP models, alternate revenue models, restructuring etc;

- Experience of working with Governments/Government agencies in comprehensive support to conducting Investment Summits

- Knowledge of financial planning, financial modeling, building cash flows, costing, projections etc;

- Ability to conduct research and build knowledge and formulate requisite strategies/frameworks based on client requirements;

- Excellent communications skills including spoken and written English with experience in making presentations, writing reports/white papers, requisite literature as and when required; Develop knowledge on the latest issues/guidelines/policies in focused sector

- Experience, confidence and articulate to deal with senior most bureaucrats within the Government

- Advance level abilities in MS Office elements like MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook etc;

- Strong team building skills and ability to work/synergise with other divisions within the organization;

- Open to travel for business/client meetings and during execution of mandates as and when required

Key Skills:-

An aspairent know how with government sector stakeholders like state governments, relevant government departments, administrative officers etc

- Ability to scout and generate new business leads/mandates leading to forging and nurturing of strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders in the government like agencies/bodies, private sector players like consultants, multilateral agencies, industry chambers etc

- A relevant master's degree from prestigious and reputed institutions in India and/or abroad with specialisation in the field of financial-business management/project planning.
