Key Result Areas :
1. Develop industry, regulatory, and competition intelligence and insights for all lines of business - for regular business growth, and new business launch
2. Work includes developing application of strong business judgment, deriving insights from industry research and competition intelligence, and very strong sanity checking lens (e.g. ECLGS intelligence, Moratorium intelligence, Collections Efficiency intelligence, Retail Semi-urban expansion, etc.).
3. Support Business Development / Corporate Development and other strategic Partnerships for ABFL Secondary research, partner / opportunity identification, developing the partnership construct, leading to pilot and execution stage
4. Drive monthly central loans cross-sell program across lines of business
5. Work with Business/Function Heads and their direct reports and teams to co-develop loans cross-sell program; scope includes identification and allocation of data sets, alignment on top-up/cross-sell policy rules, coding by BIU, and sanity testing and monthly offer generation process set-up and its program management on a monthly basis
6. Collect and maintain monthly loans cross-sell MIS across all LOBs
7. Develop templates and collect on a monthly basis inputs from all LOBs for all cross-sell initiatives, synthesize into MIS for ABFL CEO reviews, and other Review forums.
