Managing a huge span responsible for settlement process for for leading Global Investment Banking Client.  Managing P/L  - Ensuring client focused delivery and effective process management by meeting SLAs, revisiting work drivers with process owners and identifying and eliminating procedural inefficiencies to save time and generating more revenue for the firm.   - Following up on 2nd level escalations with various internal Operations teams, brokers, counterparties on regular basis to minimize the risk.  - Monitor resource utilization by cross training and creating cross-functional efficiencies for business contingencies.  - Periodically conducting FMEA analysis to identify and mitigate significant process risk by putting controls in place and ensuring team members adhere to those controls.  - Conducting weekly operational risk reviews and providing solutions to the problems and escalate if necessary  - Conducting Sub ordinates periodic performance review and training needs and vesting team members with requisite resources and authority to help them perform at optimal levels.
