1. Define & drive monthly SUB-BROKER revenue strategy along with successful communication & delivery
2. Get actively involved in acquisition of new sub-brokers & meeting with branch heads to support in closing new deals
3. Continuous engagement with existing business partners & support them to increase the business size
4. Use data analytics and work on various SUB-BROKER business attributes which can contribute to growth of business
5. Design & drive Monthly campaigns to improve the business numbers
6. Execution of campaigns to the core by coordinating with various departments like senior management for budgeting (Taking prior approval on approximate budget to drive the campaign), marketing (designing of campaign), vendors (to arrange for collaterals/vouchers), admin ( to assist in distributing the collaterals), arranging seminars etc.
7. Provide business MIS and updates to SUB-BROKER Head from time to time and assist in driving business
8. Formulate enablers for internal teams through contests and creatives to achieve the business objective
