Senior Manager/AVP - Risk Management - General Insurance

Assisting the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in running the Risk Management Framework of the Company which includes:

- Preparing and submitting the Risk Management Committee and Board agenda papers

- Review of Enterprise Risk Profile and Departmental Risk Registers (including control testing) on a quarterly and half-yearly basis respectively

- Convening the quarterly Risk Management Committee of Senior Management (RMC-SM)

- Annual review of Board approved risk related policies

- Risk reporting to stakeholders within prescribed timelines

- Active participation in engagements with stakeholders viz Risk & Compliance Management Committee meeting at SBI, meetings of CROs of non-banking subsidiaries at SBI, virtual meetings with IAG Asia Risk & Governance team etc

- Completing actionables arising out of various Action Taken Reports (ATRs)

- Continuous engagement with Risk Champions and conducting periodic training sessions for increasing risk awareness
