Senior Manager/AVP - Retail Asset Operations - Bank

We are currently looking for Senior Manager / AVP - Retail Asset Operations with a leading bank for Mumbai.

Job Details:-

System related:

- Knowledge of Retail Lending Software (priority for FinnOne / FCR)

- Product Knowledge: Commercial Vehicle, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, Loan Against Property, Home Loan, Construction Equipment, Health Care Finance

Process Related:

Working Banking knowledge and Responsible for retail asset operations

Operations-Management-

1. Working knowledge of User acceptance testing (UAT) of Finnone

2. Solution Related approach for issues faced by Retail Assets Ops by interacting with TSG and Vendors

3. Regular tracking of all types of system related errors, issues and follow up with TSG and Vendors

4. User acceptance testing (UAT) for every new functionality related to Product /module /change /enhancement

5. Receipt of innovation & automation request from various teams and take up as project

6. Software requirements, system support, innovation, automation, enhancements and testing

7. Preparation of System Issue List & publish the same to the top management

8. Understand the various users request and prepare the final acceptable requirement business case as per operations process

9. Preparation of BRD (Business Requirement Document) for any new request / enhancement

10. Ensuring compliance with statutory/ regulatory requirements laid under different acts governing banking regulations and followed by unit

11. Driving information security initiatives

12. Continuous Meetings and discussion with stakeholders for process and system improvements and enhancements

13. Creating awareness, conducting training on process and guidelines

14. Quality initiatives, Innovations

15. Maintenance and updation of various Masters / Databases related to systems
