Senior Manager/AVP - Resolutions - Asset Reconstruction Firm

Function / Department / Vertical: Origination, Due diligence, Investment Analysis, NPA Resolution and Post investment Monitoring

Years of Experience: 2 - 5 yrs

Accountable to (Reporting Line): VP / Director

Educational Qualifications: MBA from a premier institute, Inter CA, CA, CFA or equivalent

Responsibilities & Tasks:

- CA or MBA with 2 -3 years of relevant experience of working in an ARC or Stressed Asset Department of a Bank/ NBFC/ Big 4, Banking Credit Teams or Rating organisations

- Develop and execute stressed asset resolution strategies, drive the resolution process, revival/restructuring of distressed units, negotiations with borrowers/guarantors etc. and participate in critical negotiations.

- Monitor and develop network of service providers like advocates, rating agencies, valuers, enforcement agents, security agencies, distress funds, NBFCs etc.

- Should be well versed with legal parlance including but not limited to DRT, SARFAESI, IBC etc
