JD Profile:
- Responsible for implementation of Renewal strategy.
- Set up mechanism for renewal cases and ensure 100% renewal of existing cases
- Driving Renewals for Pan India Operations and coordinating with respective Regional Managers.
- Work closely to strengthen relationship with all regions ensuring highest productivity level & optimum utilization of resources.
- Analyze trends of renewal conversions and set targets accordingly
- Work on continuous process of improving the renewal ratios.
- Managing relationship with stakeholders.
- Database Management.
