We have job opening in leading NBFC firm for Sr manager/ AVP for the position relationship manger

Location : Mumbai

Job Profile :

- Responsible for sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients.

- Unsecured loan experience in managing Direct client + DSA management & understanding of Balance sheet & ability to write CAM

- Understanding of Balance sheet, can be future leader to take up some regional responsibility

- The work would involve client meetings, site visits, evaluation of prospective customer and market, understanding clients- requirements, structuring proposals/deals within company's credit guidelines.

- Ensure portfolio growth by prospecting for new clients and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

- Understanding of cash flow, financial statement and proposal notes.

- Performing detailed background reference checks on prospective Clients, including but not limited to suppliers, customers, and competitors of the company.

- Follow-up with internal teams for credit risk clearance, documentation, disbursement of sanctioned cases including documentation and security creation.

- Manage the portfolio of SME business clients by regularly evaluating the portfolio companies via visits with the client's sites across India with a view to ensure that the quality of portfolio is maintained at optimum levels .

- Will contribute to TOP line by deepening relationship with existing clients as well as on board new clients directly as well as through DSA channel

- Maintain quality of portfolio assign to RM and restrict delinquencies as well as work with credit & monitoring team to review the health of client quarterly basis

Location : Mumbai

Education and Experience requirements :

a) Bachelors/ Master's degree in finance/ accounting; CA/MBA preferred.

b) Proven ability to perform financial statement analysis and recommend credit proposals.

c) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in handling spreadsheets.

d) Approximately 3-8 years of proven track record in similar fields.
