Designation - Project Manager (Service Excellence & Re-engineering)

Position-Senior Manager/ AVP

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 4 Yrs+

CTC - Upto 18 Lacs

Qualification - MBA/CA or Graduate with additional relevant experience

Preferred - Lean Six Sigma Certification, Prince 2.0, PMI, Agile, Waterfall, JAIIB/CAIIB

Positon Purpose -

Service excellence and Re-engineering initiatives embedment & execution in Liabilities Business & other Functional Units across the Bank.

Primary Purposes:

- End-to-End Project Management & Ownership of projects related to Bank Vision, Strategy,

- Performance Excellence, Service Excellence, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Channels and other related areas.

- Actively engage with Units Heads & Stakeholders to understand requirements, provide dynamic solutions and lead project execution.

- Use structured methods & analytics to Deliver Results.

Job Descripition -

- Identify and execute end-to-end Improvement projects across the Bank with regular interaction stakeholders and deliver expected results.

- Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approaches

- Strengthen Service Delivery methodology.

- Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the Performance Excellence Tools, Techniques, Methodologies, and Frameworks & Practices.

- Formulation of Standard Operating Procedures and ongoing monitoring through Standard Measurement Systems & Controls to ensure Continuous Improvement.

- Work with Units to build Tracking Systems, Scorecards & Ops Controls for Service, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Cost, Customer Service & other metrics.

- Any other activity related to Project Completion with expected solutions.
