Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the strategic business objective and business performance through periodic campaigns, customer relationship enhancement initiatives and process linked initiative
- Work towards developing new product offerings / enhanced / improved product offering with an objective of maximizing profit, reductive cost and risk and improve customer experience through offers and alliances
- Strong domain knowledge of Debit cards products and ATM portfolio. Well versed with the product and process details related to debit card
- Analyzing the trends on debit card spends,, category, segment, type of transaction, etc to increase PoS spends on debit card base and also increasing the no. of transacting customers
- Tracking the various income channel and commence drive to achieve business targets. Handling the P&L of all debit cards products.
Qualifications :
Essential : Post Graduate - MBA / MCom / MSc
Experience :
Essential : 4 - 8 years of experience as Product development in the card products / customer engagement/ channels/ portfolio managements central office roles
- MBA Preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related field
- Sound Knowledge of Visa/ Mastercard / Rupay / closed loop products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer service orientation

- Liaise with BSG, Operations, Product user groups, internal IT team and external vendors.
